Where do we ship to?

We, currently, only ship within the United States of America. 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders will be tagged with a tracking number that you can reference for updates on expected arrival and shipping progress. 

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

This depends on a couple factors, however, the most important is the selected shipping style. We offer both standard and economy shipping options. With Economy the typical arrival time is within 5-8 business days after the order is processed, however, unexpected delays can extend this. With standard shipping you can, typically, expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days after your order is processed. If your purchase doesn't arrive within 10 business days after it's processed, please contact us so we can make sure everything is in order.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders will be processed within a 24-hour period after payment. 

Third party shipping.

We utilize the services of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. 

Damaged and lost items.

We are not responsible for lost items after delivery confirmation. If any items are delivered damaged, please contact us immediately at aurivon.contact@gmail.com so we can assist.
